Contract ID and Call Order
This page displays the information specific to the selected contract ID and call order, such as a detailed description of the call order, date generated, date revised, number of amendments, the call order, number of items and descriptions, etc.
Also displayed is a table containing the line number, item number, Alternate status, Description, Units, Price, and Quantity for that call order.

Also Available
Under this heading is a list of downloadable files pertaining to the call order. The following are common options that you might find.

Bid Tabulations is a display of the line number, item number, alternate status, description, and bidder data for that particular call order. Bidder data includes the bid price, the quantity, and the extended amount. This display may be printed or downloaded as either a comma-separated or tab-separated format file.

If you click on Planholder's List, a list of all the planholders for that particular call order, including addresses, phone numbers, and bidder IDs, is displayed. This display may be printed or downloaded as either a comma-separated or tab-separated format file.

The Eligible Bidders Lists displays those planholders that are also eligible to bid on that particular call order, including their addresses, phone numbers, and bidder IDs.

The Expedite Data File (.EBS)is the main proposal file that you download and open in Expedite Bid to enter your bids.

Expedite Amendment File are files that contain amendments to the main proposal. Download these files for use in Expedite Bid to amend to the main proposal. When the amendment is loaded into Expedite Bid, you will see a display of the changes that were made.

All of the Above as one EBLIB file takes the main proposal file (EBS) and all of the amendments and places them in a downloadable zip file called an EBLIB file. Once downloaded, this EBLIB file can be open with Expedite Bid.

Clicking on Item data below as Comma-Separated Values or Tab-Separated Values allows you to download the information displayed in the table in a comma-separated-value format or a tab-separated format file .
